The essence of the menu is driven by Chef Francesco’s and Ciro’s passion to showcase quality Italian produce and their love & respect for 18 century Neapolitan cuisine. What encapsulate the foundation of great dish and menu takes you on historical journey of Napoli, a beautiful Italian city on the Coast, and from here Napule`was born.
Of course a tantalising menu is noting but words on a page - food for your eye only; without the experience of chefs that can bring these dishes to life right to your table for you to enjoy. And four many to experience for the first time the authenticity of Neapolitan cuisine that’s the soul of Napule`
This journey commenced back in 1996 when the 3 owners - Francesco, Ciro & Massimo, all Neapolitan, meet in Sydney and instantly connected based on their love of Napoli, respect and passion for authentic Italian cuisine and a common dream to one day open their own restaurant and bring the Heart of what is Neapolitan dining right here to Sydney.
Trained in Italy and with many years of International experience, Chefs Francesco & Ciro also have seasoned experience in the Sydney restaurant scene - with associations to Monzu, Luna Blue, Vela, Lo Studio, Franco Franco ,Popolo- just to name a few.
It’s our pleasure to invite you to Napule` - to taste and experience the culture and passion we’ve tried to create in our menu. And what menu would be complete without the ‘Perfect Coffee’ - & those of you who have been to Napoli, you’ll know the coffee in Naples is unique - Massimo has spent the past 18 years blending and roasting coffee to create the ‘perfect Napule`expresso’ - A blend we hope takes you across the globe and back home to ‘Golfo Di Napoli’.
